    Seriously Non-slip w/o Tape

Posted by Brian C. on May 16th 2018

We installed our stair tread carpets as soon as they arrived. It just took a few minutes and I am amazed. Yes, the carpets are comfortable and look good, but that is not the most amazing part. These non-slip carpets do not use tape, but adhere to the surface well enough that you have to pull them up in order to re-position them.

Our dog is really enjoying being able to safely navigate our laminated stairs, now.

    Very Satisfied

We bought these carpet stair treads because our 12 year old Lab developed problems with her hips and was having difficulty navigating the wooden treads on our stairway. She even had problems moving on the wooden floors between carpets. We looked into carpet treads and took a chance and bought them.

Although she is still cautious going down the stairs (she keeps her left legs on the wood and her right legs on the carpet) she goes up the stairs with less "stress and pain" and keeps all four legs on the carpet.

We will buy one additional set (soon) to outfit the stairs going up to our third floor.
