I know this says the treads are to keep your pets safe but we got them to keep us (seniors) safe. They are not only attractive but give us a steady step on our newly refinished stairs.
Our hardwood stairs are attractive, but one of our poodles slipped and fell from the second floor landing to the bottom of the staircase. Fortunately, he was not injured, but I realized I needed to do something quickly before one of our three dogs was seriously hurt. I ordered stair treads from Dean Flooring the next day. These stair treads are exactly as advertised. They are very plush and stay in place. Just what I wanted for my dog, she does not have any fear going up and down . I did my research and decided on these treads after looking at many others. Definitely worth the money!!!
