This product is one of the best purchases we have ever made. Our husky mix fell down our stairs three times and that was it. She would not negotiate those stairs at all and we didn't blame her. We had to carry her up and down every night and every morning for a month. This all happened right before the covid-19 quarantines began and we were quite frazzled. After installing the treads, which is super easy to do, Luna still would not go up or down for three days because she was so afraid. The evening of the third day, all of a sudden, she just zipped up the stairs and came right back down on her own! We haven't had a problem since. This product is amazing. We are also please with the design and how beautiful it looks.
Because of covid-19 Dean flooring was experiencing slower delivery than usual, and, on top of that, they were dealing with major flooding in their part of the country. When I inquired about the status of my purchase I was highly impressed with the customer service I received. This company is one we will be working with in the future. In fact, we talked today about purchasing a matching rug for the front door entry. We're quite happy.
I am absolutely thrilled with the pet friendly stair treads and hearth rug. I have two senior cats (one with arthritis) who are much more secure footed using the stairs now. The tread color and pattern on our open stairway are also a perfect match for the colors in the adjoining rooms.
Wow! What a difference. We have had many older dogs over the years, and I just discovered these. What a difference they make! I literally took them out of the box and placed them on my steps in less than 5 minutes. They are gorgeous and they work perfectly. My dogs are much more confidence (and quiet) now on the steps, plus they just feel really nice on people feet as well. Thanks for this wonderful product. I'll be back to check out your other rugs in the near future.
