I ordered this runner by phone because I wanted a custom length. Customer service was very efficient and pleasant. The runner arrived in less than 10 days and looks exactly as pictured online. We did not order the pet friendly backing or tape as my husband likes to use tacks. We purchased the runner to replace a black patterned one. We are very happy with our choice. It lightens and brightens our hallway, without overpowering it.
