I ordered these stair treads by phone along with a custom length runner. They arrived in less than 10 days and look exactly as pictured. I did not order the pet friendly backing or tape as my husband like to use tacks. We ordered them to replace black treads. They lighten and brighten our stairs without overpowering them. We are very pleased with our purchase!
The product specs and images online were properly detailed and spot on. While monitors vary a bit on colors, the images let me find exactly the right texture and pile height.
I particularly appreciated how Dean "modeled" different treads on different woods depending on what would best match: seeing the pictures with the treads on oak stairs gave a very accurate idea of how the treads would look on my oak stairs.
