The pinecone and pine bough design lines the outer sides of the carpet, which is then finished with small red and large black bands. The edges are finished with matching, tightly woven yarn. This is the rug I've been looking for to compliment my north woods decorated bathroom. Great quality. Ordered by the foot and each side was bound and finished. Not sliced off a roll at a bog box store. Colors are true to the pictures.
We bought this runner to put on our stairs. We got it because it matches a rug we had previously purchased and wanted everything to match. It is a very nice looking pattern and the runner is very well made. I was expecting the edges to be left unfinished since I bought it by the foot, but they finished the edges, which was a pleasant surprise. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.
