These treads are very soft to walk on and do not move. Wonderful quality and design. Works perfectly!
These treads arrived promptly and were a breeze to install. They give my 4 month old Labrador puppy perfect traction for going up and down the stairs. Plus they protect the hardwood stairs from dog claw scratches. They stick tight and do not move. Excellent product.
Great quality and materials.
This tape-free pet friendly non-skid stair gripper was recommended to us by two neighbors who recently purchased the product, and they and their dogs are delighted. We immediately found the Dean Flooring web site, and were amazed at the great selection. The Classic Keshan Ebony is a perfect match to our current orientals.
Installation took only a few minutes, and our dog tried it immediately, and enjoys the new independence (she formerly needed assistance going up and down the stairs).
This product has been so effective that we custom-ordered several additional pieces to provide better landing mats than the stair tread width (our dog has long legs).

I was nervous about how these stair treads would look (most of our house has hard wood floors) and how they would stick. I was delighted to find that they look great and they don't move. Also, they make the walk up and down the steps more comfortable and quieter. (As an aside, we purchased them for our newly adopted greyhound. She hasn't mastered the steps yet but I'm sure that the treads are a huge help.)
